We are seeking a HR / CIPD / Employment Law professional to join our team, providing clients with documentation advice. You will conduct phone and Teams calls with business owners, offering advice on HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, policies, and employee guidance. You may need to create policies and documents ensuring legal compliance and protection for both employer and employee. This role offers excellent exposure to HR issues in a diverse and fast-paced environment, so organization and attention to detail are essential. Job Purpose

The primary focus of this role is to create, update, maintain, and review employment documentation for our clients.

Job Overview

This is a busy, fast-paced position within Employment Consultancy Services. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of Employment Legislation, especially relating to policy wording and requirements, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Create client documentation tailored to client needs, ensuring relevance of policies and procedures.
  2. Review existing client documentation for employment law compliance and grammatical accuracy, making necessary corrections.
  3. Liaise with clients via phone, draft new documents, and address queries appropriately.
  4. Provide a personalized, client-focused approach, building relationships and enhancing the client experience, ensuring exceptional service at every interaction.
  5. Engage clients continuously with provided documentation, ensuring acceptance and understanding, especially regarding employee relations.
  6. Guide clients through their online portal.
  7. Collaborate with Digital Field Consultants and handle related queries.
  8. Manage workload effectively, adhering to deadlines and KPI/SLA targets.
  9. Maintain quality standards and instructions for work output.
  10. Stay updated on products and services to promote referrals and engagement, aiding retention.
  11. Record work accurately using computer systems like Advice, SharePoint, and Successflow.
  12. Verify client details in the database.
  13. Participate in team meetings, including mornings, evenings, and weekend training or development days.
  14. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  15. Complete required E-learning sessions.
  16. Assist with training new team members.
