  • Cover for teachers during planned absences or when teachers need time for planning and preparation
  • Split your time working with children in Year 1 right through to Year 6

  • Gain experience teaching - learn excellent teaching pedagogy to aid the success of your future teaching career
  • Provide general classroom assistance supporting the class teacher

  • Graduate Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Must have a 2:1 or higher degree. We are open to any subject area
  • Some relevant experience working with children in a school/educational/extra-curricular setting
  • Experience leading lessons is strongly desired but not completely essential
  • You must have a confident and engaging personality that resonates with children and can encourage maximum engagement
  • The set desire, or strong interest to, become a Primary School Teacher at some point in the future
  • Some understanding of pedagogy, behaviour management styles and wide cross-curricular knowledge that can be developed & nurture with support
