Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Graduate Health & Safety Manager to support the delivery of health & safety across multiple construction projects in Warrington. You will assist with site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training, while promoting a proactive safety culture and maintaining records.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, willingness to obtain NEBOSH, knowledge of CDM regulations, and a proactive, communicative approach.

Qualifications

A degree in Health & Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
Willingness to work towards NEBOSH General Certificate.
Knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK Health & Safety legislation.
Strong communication and organisational skills; proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Support implementation of the Health & Safety strategy across multiple construction projects.
Assist with site inspections, audits and safety reviews.
Monitor compliance with legislation and company procedures.
Assist in preparing risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
Assist investigations into incidents and identify preventative measures.
Promote a positive health & safety culture with site teams.
Support health & safety training, toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
Maintain accurate health & safety records and compliance documentation.
Support pre-construction teams with planning and risk management activities.
