Revolut Ltd is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to drive expansion across markets, partnerships, and campaigns. You will work with global and regional teams to tailor high-impact strategies, analyze performance data, and optimise campaigns for ROI.

You'll own end-to-end initiatives, develop creative content, and build scalable processes to enable consistent execution across channels and markets, all while aligning with brand and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Graduation in 2025/2026 from a top university.
• Minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country.
• Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
• Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end growth marketing initiatives across channels, markets, and partners, from strategy and activation through to reporting and optimisation
• Building and managing partnerships, influencer, and affiliate collaborations, ensuring solid relationships, high-quality execution, and performance against KPIs
• Developing and adapting high-impact campaigns for local markets, working closely with our global and regional Marketing and Product teams
• Analysing performance data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities, measure ROI, and continuously optimise campaigns, channels, creatives, and messaging
• Developing compelling creative content, testing new formats, platforms, and concepts to identify and scale what works
• Building scalable processes, playbooks, and planning frameworks to enable consistent, high-quality execution across markets and partnerships
• Owning projects and product launches end to end, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering against brand and commercial objectives
• Identifying emerging trends and new growth opportunities, bringing fresh ideas and experimentation to evolving consumer, social, and digital behaviours
