Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligibility includes <12 months’ relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected in Civil/Geotechnical disciplines.
• Demonstrates genuine interest in joining Mott MacDonald and can discuss related modules or projects.
• Values collaboration, strong written and oral communication, and a structured analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and report on ground investigations to Eurocode 7.
• Develop visualisation of digital ground data using Leapfrog and OpenGround platforms.
• Contribute to ground model interpretation and parameter derivation for design and risk management.
• Perform soil and rock mechanics analyses for foundations, slopes, earthworks and retaining structures.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
