Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy. The role offers hands-on site and office-based experience across ground investigation projects, with a starting salary of 26,000 to 28,000 per year.

You'll develop your career in geo-environmental engineering, gaining exposure to Phase 1/2 Environmental Assessments, contaminated land studies, and technical reporting, with structured training and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• An interest in geo-environmental engineering and contaminated land.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and delivery of ground investigations.
• Undertake site visits, soil sampling and groundwater monitoring.
• Interpret ground investigation and laboratory data.
• Assist with Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Assessments.
• Support contaminated land assessments and risk assessments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Sheffield.
