• Daily bank reconciliations
• Preparation of journal entries for month-end
• Processing monthly expenses
• Monthly balance sheet preparation
• Assisting with year-end audit deliverables
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Fixed assets and depreciation posting
• Processing weekly ad hoc payments
• Working closely with the commercial team and wider stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Studying towards AAT Qualification - Essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
• Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
• The desire to become a Qualified Accountant - Essential
