Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Graduate/Junior Field Service Engineer to support South/South East England with servicing, maintaining and repairing advanced ophthalmic and aesthetic laser systems installed in clinical environments.

The role offers a 35,000–40,000 base salary, monthly car allowance, and extensive manufacturer-certified training. A relevant degree in Electronic or Biomedical Engineering is essential, and full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

A relevant degree such as Electronic Engineering or Biomedical Engineering is essential.
Full training on specialist medical laser systems will be provided.
Previous Field Service Engineering experience would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive breakdown support on ophthalmic and aesthetic laser systems.
Deliver a high level of customer service within hospitals, private eye clinics and premium aesthetic practices.
Diagnose and resolve complex electronic faults while performing precise optical alignments where required.
Attend comprehensive manufacturer training programmes, including potential overseas training opportunities, to become a certified product specialist.
