Job summary

Cutera is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide high-level service on laser and optical delivery systems and RF devices. The role involves traveling within the UK territory, including overnight stays, to support customers at KOLs, dermatologists, and clinics.

The candidate should have 4+ years in electronic system troubleshooting, strong customer service, and capable communication in English. Travel and lifting requirements are part of the job, with FDA documentation responsibilities and

Qualifications

BS or AS in Electronics, Laser Technology or equivalent field; military experience acceptable.
Laser experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to travel long distances on short notice.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
No visa restrictions preventing travel/work in EU/USA.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding technical service to Cutera customers.
Ensure system operation quality and instruct customers on operation/maintenance.
Document all service activities per FDA requirements.
Coordinate with dispatch and other Field Service Engineers to optimize call schedules.
Develop resolutions to complex troubleshooting problems.
Promote service contract revenue and upsell where appropriate.
Travel to various cities/regions, including overnight stays, to service accounts and represent Cutera professionally.
