Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd in Glasgow is hiring a Graduate Field Sales Representative to develop as an Account Manager. You will visit independent builders and plumbers merchants, introduce new products, and upsell where possible, with mentor-led training and a thorough sales program.

The role features four days of face-to-face meetings across your patch and one admin day from home, with a company car, laptop and mobile phone supplied, plus a profit-share bonus. Training is comprehensive and hands-on.

Qualifications

• Driving license is required.
• Confidence in speaking to new people face-to-face.
• A business-minded person with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Money-motivated and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Visit independent builders and plumbers merchants to introduce new products and upsell where possible.
• Work across your geographical patch with four days of face-to-face meetings and one admin day from home.
