BMS Performance Ltd. is looking for graduates to start a field sales career in account management. You will cover a geographic patch, visiting builders and plumbers merchants to introduce products and upsell while receiving intensive product and sales training.

The role combines field meetings with admin work from home, supported by a corporate training program and a company car. Great progression opportunities are offered within a market-leading distributor.

Formación

• Driving license required.
• Confident in speaking to new people face-to-face.
• Business-minded with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Money-motivated and driven to succeed.
• A fun name for your company car is encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Visit independent builders and plumbers merchants to introduce new products and upsell.
• Spend four days per week in face-to-face meetings across your patch with one day for admin from home.
• Participate in an intensive training period covering product, skills and industry sales training both in-house and with external providers.
