sees.ai is seeking an entry-level operations role for graduates with UAS or field equipment experience to join a UK-wide mission team. You will plan and execute real UAS missions in live conditions, balancing weather, logistics and safety while spending time both in the field and at our Chichester base.
You will work independently, communicate clearly with engineers, and contribute to mission planning improvements as the team grows in scale across the UK.
Do you want to work with advanced technology in real-world operational environments - not just in a lab or on paper? At sees.ai, we deploy autonomous UAS to inspect critical national infrastructure across the UK. This is an entry-level operations role for graduates who've already used UAS or technical field equipment to get a job done — in a survey, research project, inspection, or similar context — and who want to build a career at the sharp end of real-world UAS operations.
This is an operations-focused role. You'll be planning and delivering real UAS missions in live environments — where weather changes, access is constrained, and the quality of your preparation and judgement directly affects outcomes.
Our UAS operate through software-based control systems and real-time dashboards. You don't need to be able to build them — you need to be able to plan, execute, and adapt when things don't go to plan.
You’ll split your time between field deployments across the UK and planning, analysis, and preparation at our Chichester base. This is a role for people who are genuinely energised by being out on operations — not just comfortable with it.
This role suits people who combine technical grounding with a genuine enthusiasm for operational, field-based work.
A structured mindset and a track record of using equipment purposefully in the field matter far more here than flight hours or technical qualifications.
A GVC or A2 licence is helpful, but not required at application stage.
We're building the operating system for autonomous UAS operations — enabling advanced systems to be controlled and delivered reliably in real-world environments. Our technology is transforming how critical national infrastructure is inspected: safer, more efficient, and scalable.
You’ll join a collaborative team at a pivotal stage, where operations are expanding rapidly and your contribution will directly shape how we deliver at scale.
