What you’ll do

Generate leads and conduct research to strategically target top talent.
Speak with senior candidates (and eventually clients) to assess fit and build long-lasting relationships.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional talent to our clients.
