Job summary

Rowden is launching an Applied Graduate Programme for engineers to gain broad systems and product exposure with real responsibility early on. You will rotate across core engineering disciplines, work with end users, and tackle constraints from deployment to operation.

You will receive mentorship, structured feedback, and milestones as you build capability and increase ownership. Applications are open for a September 2027 start.

Qualifications

• A STEM degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Electronics, Data Science, or Cyber Security.
• Curiosity and learning agility to pick up new concepts quickly.
• Collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership.
• Evidence of problem solving through projects, labs, hackathons, societies, or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotational programme across software, ML, systems, security, RF, and infra.
• Work on deployable sensing and comms products with hands-on engineering and data.
• Contribute to edge device software that can be deployed and maintained at scale.
• Engage with end users and operational constraints to shape solutions.
