Job summary

McLaren Racing invites you to join its Engineering Graduate Programme, a 2-year rotation through Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance, aimed at developing future leaders. Expect to rotate across engineering areas and gain exposure to race weekend support during the season.

You will work alongside a high-performance team, learn from experts in a Formula 1 environment, and build hands-on skills while delivering real value to the racing operation.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Mathematics or the Sciences degree with a 2:1 minimum.
• Prior knowledge of CAD packages is useful for a design placement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; passion for motorsport.
• Placement year expected to begin Summer 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support race weekends across the season.
• Rotate through areas including Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance to build broad engineering experience.
• Contribute to performance improvements and learn how a Formula 1 team operates.
