Subsea7 invites applications for its Graduate Engineering Programme 2027, starting September 2027 in Westhill/Aberdeen. The scheme blends on- and off-the-job development across disciplines and project execution, from tendering to offshore execution.

You’ll join either Discipline or Project Engineering, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and progression in a globally diverse team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Subsea Engineering, Structural, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible and proactive attitude toward changes and challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of technical documentation under supervision.
• Consolidate knowledge in discipline engineering and codes and standards.
• Address design parameters and develop solutions for clients.
• Participate in meetings with Clients, subcontractors and 3rd parties.
