Job summary

2H Offshore is seeking a Junior Engineer in Aberdeen to join our expanding team. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, delivering 3D models, 2D drawings and engineering reports while developing your skills through the Robert Gordon University Graduate Apprenticeship scheme.

You will contribute across conceptual to detailed design and FEED stages, with mentorship and full-time employment provided during your degree program.

Qualifications

• Merit or above HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised with ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D models and technical drawings from concept to detailed design level.
• Produce and modify drawings and bills of materials, maintain documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and support project teams with sketches and visuals.
• Ensure designs meet quality, functionality and manufacturing capabilities.
• Assist senior engineers with additional tasks as required.
