Subsea7 invites graduates to join a two‑year Engineering Programme based in Sutton, London, combining global and local training with on‑the‑job development, mentoring and offshore/site exposure.

You will gain experience across tendering, early engineering, detailed design, installation engineering and offshore execution, building a strong foundation for a global career.

  • Assist in producing technical documentation under supervision (design calculations, analyses, reports, specs).
  • Consolidate knowledge on design codes, standards, and best engineering practice.

  • Participate in meetings with clients, subcontractors and 3rd parties in a junior capacity.

The scheme involves both on and off‑the‑job development, exposes graduates to a variety of engineering experiences and elements of project execution spanning through tendering, early engineering, detailed design, installation engineering to offshore execution.

Main Duties And Responsibilities Typically Include
  • Under supervision, assist with production of technical documentation which may include, design calculations, analysis, reports, specifications, procedures, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd‑party submissions
  • Consolidate knowledge in areas of discipline engineering, including design codes and standards, legislative requirements and current best engineering practice
  • Awareness of clients' needs; address design parameters and problems; develop and implement solutions
  • Participate in meetings/correspondence with Clients, subcontractors and 3rd parties in a junior capacity

Our selection process is designed to be fair and inclusive. First, we’ll review applications against the essential job criteria. If you meet these, you’ll be invited to complete a short MS Form with screening questions. Top scorers will then have their CVs reviewed, and successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre day in early December 2026.
