Job summary

Eadon Consulting is seeking a Graduate Engineer for our Sheffield office, starting autumn/winter 2026. You will work with engineers and designers to tackle real-world problems and develop you professionally.

Responsibilities include turning concepts into detailed designs, applying engineering fundamentals, performing finite element analysis, and creating 3D CAD models and drawings using Solidworks.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for solving engineering problems and willingness to learn.
• Apply first-principles engineering learned in your degree to new problems.
• Strong ability to work and communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts into detailed designs.
• Use engineering fundamentals to check that designs work.
• Carry out finite element analysis to optimise designs.
• Produce 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using Solidworks.
