Energy Jobline ZR in Bromsgrove is seeking a Graduate Project Engineer (Civil) to support projects from concept to completion with on-site exposure and strong training.

You will shadow senior engineers, undertake internal courses, and progress into a fully-fledged Project Engineer role within a well-established firm operating across the UK and Europe. Hybrid working is available, with a salary of £28,000–£35,000 plus benefits.

Are you an aspiring Project Engineer with a Civil Engineering degree and hands-on site experience, looking to develop your career within a project-focused role offering specialist training and clear progression into a fully-fledged Project Engineer position?

In this role you will receive full specialist training, in the form of shadowing and internal courses, as you learn the industry to eventually head up your own projects. You will experience on the job learning as you work alongside esteemed professionals overseeing projects from concept to completion.

This role would suit a Graduate with a Civil Engineering Degree and site experience, looking to develop and learn as they become a Project Engineer within a well-established and supportive company, with a wide scope of training and clear routes of progression available.
