Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineer (Civil) for a well-established client near Redditch. You will oversee civil projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time and within budget.

You'll liaise with internal teams, clients and contractors, undertake occasional site visits (including abroad) and benefit from hybrid working, training, progression and 33 holiday days.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering background required.
• Experience as a Project Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge of Civil projects and CAD tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and contractors; manage stakeholders.
• Occasional site visits, including abroad; travel as required.

Are you a Project Engineer from a Civil Engineering background, looking to join an industry-leading company where you will take ownership of technically challenging projects, whilst receiving specialist training and clear opportunities to progress into Project Management and senior positions?

In this role, you will oversee a range of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion, coordinating technical and operational requirements whilst ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will liaise closely with internal engineering teams, clients, contractors and external stakeholders, ensuring projects meet relevant technical and regulatory standards.
