Job summary

NatWest is recruiting for a Software & Data Engineering graduate programme. You’ll join a 12‑month journey with a three‑month bootcamp, live projects, and expert sessions, gaining hands‑on experience across the engineering lifecycle and AI‑assisted tooling.

You’ll be supported by mentors, work with global teams, and have opportunities to earn certifications and secure a permanent role after successful completion.

Qualifications

Achieve a 2:1 in a STEM subject.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Curious, logical mindset with passion for new tech.
Comfort with data, statistics, experimentation, and evidence‑based decisions.

Responsibilities
