Job summary

NatWest invites ambitious graduates to join a 12‑month Software and Data Engineering programme. You’ll work on real projects, supported by mentors, and gain hands‑on experience across the engineering lifecycle—from coding to deployment—with AI‑assisted tooling.

You’ll start with a three‑month bootcamp, then nine months on live projects, and have opportunities to earn industry‑recognised certifications while growing in a purpose‑driven, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in a STEM subject
• Clear communication skills, and the ability to break down complex problems and explain your ideas
• A curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems and exploring new technologies, including AI
• Confidence working with data, statistics, and experimentation and evidence‑based decision making
• A flexible attitude, comfortable with change and ambiguity and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
