Job summary

NatWest invites applicants to join its 12‑month Engineering graduate programme, designed to immerse you in real projects and agile practices. You’ll rotate through live projects across Digital X and Customer Operations, gaining exposure to AI-assisted engineering and modern development lifecycles.

You’ll be supported by mentors, complete a bootcamp, and ultimately transition into a permanent engineering role within a purpose-driven banking organisation.

Qualifications

• To join our Engineering graduate programme you’ll need a 2:1 in a STEM subject.
• Clear communication skills and ability to break down complex problems.
• A curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems and exploring new technologies including AI.
• Confidence with data, statistics and experimentation and evidence-based decision making.
• A flexible attitude, comfortable with change and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
• A drive to learn, grow and make a real impact.
