NatWest Group offers an Engineering graduate programme designed to immerse you in real projects and accelerate your growth. Over 12 months, you’ll join a highly collaborative team, complete a three-month bootcamp, and work on live projects across engineering disciplines with AI-assisted tools.

Successful graduates transition into permanent Engineering roles, supported by a line manager, buddy, and mentor, while benefiting from a flexible benefits package and global team exposure.

Qualifications

• To join our Engineering graduate programme, you’ll need a 2:1 in a STEM subject or be on course to achieve one.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to break down complex problems.
• Curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems and exploring new technologies, including AI.
• Confidence with data, statistics, experimentation and evidence-based decision making.
• Flexible attitude, comfortable with change and ambiguity and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
• Drive to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-month immersive bootcamp featuring a bespoke self-led learning pathway, live projects, hackathons, and expert-led sessions.
• Spend nine months working on live projects that shape the future of banking and gain deep experience in your assigned team.
• Gain full exposure to the engineering development lifecycle, from coding and testing to deployment, including AI-assisted tools.
• Acquire hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and contemporary engineering practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues in India and move into a permanent Engineering role after successful completion.
