Qualifications

• Ability to support project administration and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & financial support: assist with project invoices and spend tracking.
• Meeting support: take accurate minutes and track actions for project meetings.
• Cost monitoring & estimating: assist with budget monitoring and initial estimates.
• Scheduling support: help create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Subcontractor management: coordinate third-party subcontractors to meet deliverables.
