Ross-Shire Engineering Limited offers a 24‑month Graduate Programme intake for 2027. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer you’ll gain hands-on experience across design and delivery, with expert mentorship and tailored development to build confidence and industry-ready skills.

Successful candidates will have recently graduated in Electrical Engineering, or be close to completing, and will possess strong IT and communication skills, a proactive mindset and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• You will have graduated with an Electrical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent in the last 2 years or be on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
