Ross-Shire Engineering Limited is launching its 2027 Graduate Programme for aspiring electrical engineers. The 24-month intake combines hands-on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to help you build confidence and a solid foundation for your career in the water sector.

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to design and delivery across MEICA projects, with opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Recent Electrical Engineering graduate or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery across MEICA projects as part of a graduate cohort.
• Develop technical and professional capabilities through mentorship and development modules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, compliant engineering solutions.
