Ross-Shire Engineering Limited invites applications for its Graduate Programme Intake 2027. The 24‑month scheme blends hands‑on experience with expert mentorship and tailored development to build the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to thrive in the water sector.

We are looking for graduates with a Civil Engineering degree or engineering equivalent, within the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer. A full UK driving licence and strong IT and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing/adaptable to working within an energetic and reactive team environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery work across civil engineering projects.
• Contribute to innovative solutions within water sector projects.
• Collaborate with mentorship and development modules during the programme.
