Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the @one Alliance team in the East of England. You will work on clean water and wastewater projects, supported by a dedicated workplace mentor to develop your engineering career.

You will gain experience across feasibility, detail design, documentation, and construction support, while learning to apply standards and safety requirements within a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline.
• Evidence of experience within a project engineering environment in a relevant engineering discipline.
• A good level of technical knowledge, with an understanding of how different engineering disciplines interact.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of clean water and wastewater non-infrastructure design projects.
• Developing understanding of relevant British Standards and WIMES specifications.
• Supporting design of LV and MV electrical installations and equipment.
• Developing knowledge of control, automation, monitoring and telemetry systems.
• Producing drawings, specifications, schedules and datasheets for tender.
• Progressing projects from feasibility through detail design to construction.
