Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Leeds, Yorkshire. You will contribute to design, development, and implementation of electrical systems across projects, starting on a 2-year pathway that progresses toward an assistant-level role with salary potential around £38k.

The role includes site visits, preparation of drawings and reports, and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Graduate in 2027 or within the past 3 years.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design and development of electrical systems for projects.
• Supporting the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
• Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
