Job summary

Kier Group in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the Infrastructure team and support the water portfolio on a project. This permanent, full-time role starts in September 2027 with a starting salary of £31,000 per annum and a possible car allowance of £4,750 or a company car depending on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or in the last three years with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in electrical engineering and project management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development and implementation of electrical systems for projects.
• Support preparation of detailed drawings, specifications and reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and project updates.
