Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy inviting recent and upcoming Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering graduates to join our Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme at our Oxford office. You’ll prepare for virtual assessments and in-person interviews shortly after, with an offer anticipated before Christmas 2026 or early 2027 for a start in Autumn.

Qualifications

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 BEng or MEng in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering obtained in 2026 or 2027.
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027.
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship.
• I am curious and eager to learn.
• I am passionate about the Built Environment - the role will involve helping shape communities and society.
