Job summary

AECOM in Warrington is seeking a Graduate EC&I Engineer to join our Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Team within the Nuclear sector. You will work on live projects, mentored by senior engineers, delivering power distribution, controls, and building services designs.

You will develop proficiency in CAD/BIM, design documentation, and risk assessments, with opportunities towards chartership and BPSS security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation and Control.
• 2:1 honours from an accredited university.
• Must have right to work in the UK and BPSS clearance.
• Interest in Nuclear engineering and developing a career in this industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designs using CAD and BIM tools.
• Prepare design documentation and specifications.
• Develop understanding of highly regulated industries and Safety Cases.
• Assist with project management and project controls.
• Assist with risk assessments and site surveys under supervision.
