Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK is seeking a Digital Construction & Data Management Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department in London. The two‑year graduate programme develops personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach.

Location: Euston, London. You will work with Dalux, Procore, and BIM documentation, while gaining exposure across multiple engineering disciplines and mobility opportunities within Ferrovial's global framework.

Qualifications

  • Degree or MSc in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact at various levels.
  • Motivated to learn, analytically minded with a proactive approach.
  • Comfort with large data sets and numerical thinking, team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Use digital systems and CDE tools to support project delivery.
  • Modify 2D models and develop 3D modelling proficiency under guidance.
  • Understand BIM documentation and BEPs, MIDPs, and EIRs.
  • Prepare clear reports from site visits and observations.
  • Assist in project documentation control and ensure quality standards.

The Role

Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Digital Construction & Data Management Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department. The Ferrovial 2-year graduate development programme is designed to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach.

Location: Euston, London

Key Accountabilities
  • Utilise digital systems, Common Data Environments (CDE), and industry‑standard software such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.
  • Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling practices under the guidance of line management.
  • Develop an understanding of project‑specific BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs).
  • Prepare clear reports summarising project activities, including site visits and technical observations.
  • Gain an understanding of commonly used forms of contract, including NEC and JCT.
  • Support the review, checking, and verification of project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation and assist in maintaining up‑to‑date records within project information systems.

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the industry.
  • Familiar with all Microsoft packages.

    • iTWIN, BIC, ProjectWise / Bentley, Bentley Open Roads, Open Buildings, MicroStation or similar
    • Autodesk Forma, Autodesk AutoCAD / Revit / Naviswork / Civil 3D or similar
Essential
  • Must have the right to work in the UK by the start of employment and throughout the entirety of the graduate program.
