The Ferrovial 2-year graduate development programme is designed to develop personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach.Location – Euston, London**Key Accountabilities:*** Utilise digital systems, Common Data Environments (CDE), and industry-standard software such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.* Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling practices under the guidance of line management.* Develop an understanding of project-specific BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs).* Prepare clear reports summarising project activities, including site visits and technical observations.* Gain an understanding of commonly used forms of contract, including NEC and JCT.* Support the review, checking, and verification of project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.* Manage project documentation, and assist in maintaining up-to-date records within project information systems.**Skills and Competence**We are looking for graduates with:* Excellent written and communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels* Degree or master’s in Architecture, Architectural or Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management* Motivated to learn and add value to the team, the role and the Graduate program* Analytical thinker who enjoys problem solving.
