Job summary

Nestlé is offering a 12-month Engineering Placement Scheme across various UK factory locations. The role focuses on maintenance, project engineering and digitalisation, with exposure to state-of-the-art technology and processes.

You will rotate through different placements, developing your engineering knowledge and contributing to factory initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance. Start date 14 June 2027 and a salary of £26,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of university studying Electrical Engineering, Digitalisation Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
• Willingness to be mobile across the UK.
• Commitment to the 12-month placement and the scheme objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on maintenance and project engineering experience across multiple categories.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to support optimisation of performance metrics.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and improve energy and water usage.
• Engage with factory teams to understand processes and drive continuous improvement.
