Job summary

Ceox invites graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Scheme starting January 2027. You will train as Technical Consultant and Developer, learning Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, plus AI capabilities, to design intelligent business solutions for customers.

The program includes training, certifications, mentoring, and varied project work. It is a hybrid role with remote work and in-person sessions at the Shalford office near Guildford, with excellent transport links to London.

GRADUATE SCHEME 2027

We are looking for Graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Scheme starting in January 2027. Join our team and build a career as Technical Consultants and Developers. We will train you in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including Microsoft's latest AI capabilities, and give you the skills and experience to develop intelligent business solutions that meet a customer's needs. You'll learn to build AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and use Copilot and natural language. You'll also learn to design agentic solutions that bring together AI, Dataverse data and automated workflows, with the governance and security that enterprise and public sector clients expect.

Our Graduate Consultant Scheme offers training, Microsoft certifications, and mentoring along with a variety of stimulating project work that will provide opportunities to learn, add new skills and work with our experienced team and high-profile clients on projects that make a difference. We offer flexible home working for our team, with Graduates expected to work collaboratively and join their mentors and colleagues for team working sessions in our Shalford office near Guildford. Guildford is a vibrant university city with excellent shopping, close to the North Downs countryside and with fast transport links to London.

No experience of Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics is required as all training will be provided. Successful candidates will be working quickly with customers on projects designing and delivering real-world solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

You will have or be expecting a 1st or 2i degree from a good university in one of the following subject areas: Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, Business or Economics from a top university.
