Columbus UK is recruiting for the Associate Business Consultant as part of its 2027 Graduate Programme. Initial training begins in Nottingham for 12 months, after which you may base yourself anywhere in the UK with travel as needed.

The role offers a £29,000 base salary with benefits and a potential package exceeding £60,000 after four years. Join a Microsoft Gold Partner to work on Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, gain hands-on experience across finance, supply chain, warehousing and retail,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
• Self-starter, capable of driving own learning and development.
• Flexible to deliver project success.
• Aspires to a consulting career in Finance, Supply Chain, or Retail.
• Willing to relocate to Nottingham for at least 12 months.
• Proactive, confident, commercially astute; ability to expand network.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad.
• Valid driving license / access to a vehicle.

Location

– Must be willing to be Nottingham based for the initial training period 12 months, min. 3 Days Office p/w

Following completion of the 12 Months Initial Training, you can base yourself from anywhere in the UK, with travel to client or company sites as required.

Salary

- £29,000 basic salary, plus benefits (rising to a package of more than £60,000 after 4 years)

The role of Associate Business Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and newly or qualified graduates, to join our Graduate Training Programme in August/September 2027. The experience, knowledge, and skills you will gain on this scheme will:

• Give you an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
• Offer you the opportunity to quickly become a respected and credible Business Consultant
• Help you to become an expert in your field of business and a trusted industry advisor to our customers across
• Provide you with a rewarding career pathway at Columbus

You will be based in our consultancy department and will provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation. It is therefore essential that you are commercially focused, a positive self‑starter and have strong relationship‑building, interpersonal, organisational, and oral/written communication skills.

About you (the essentials)

• You should have/be expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (or an equivalent level qualification)
• Self starter and able to drive you own learning and development
• Flexibility to help deliver project success
• Looking to develop a consulting career in either Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Trade and Logistics, or Retail, Production and Manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for min. 12 months.
• You should be proactive, confident and commercially astute - looking to grow your network both internally and externally.
• You will need to have the flexibility to travel both within the UK and abroad on occasions.
• Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
