Job summary

Ceox is seeking graduates for its 2027 Data & Analytics Practice Graduate Scheme starting January 2027. You will learn to develop data solutions that support better decisions and services, working with Azure, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.

The programme offers training, mentoring, and exposure to high-profile projects with a focus on data engineering, analytics and BI. It includes flexible home working with office sessions at Shalford near Guildford, GU4 8EP.

GRADUATE SCHEME 2027

We are looking for graduates to join our 2027 Data & Analytics Practice Graduate Scheme starting in January 2027 and build a career helping organisations turn data into meaningful insight. You will learn how to develop data solutions that support better decisions, improve services and address real business challenges.

Our Graduate Consultant Scheme offers training, certifications and mentoring along with a variety of stimulating project work that will provide opportunities to learn, add new skills and work with our experienced team and high-profile clients on projects that make a difference. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will develop skills in data engineering, data analytics and business intelligence, with a focus on Azure, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.

We offer flexible home working for our team, with Graduates expected to work collaboratively and join their mentors and colleagues for team working sessions in our Shalford office near Guildford. Guildford is a vibrant university city with excellent shopping, close to the North Downs countryside and with fast transport links to London.

You do not need previous professional experience with these platforms. We are looking for curiosity, analytical thinking and a willingness to learn. With guidance from your colleagues, you will progressively contribute to customer projects and deliver real-world solutions.

This position provides a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to help shape the future direction of Ceox.

NICE TO HAVE

A university module in programming or similar personal experience, particularly Python or SQL

Experience analysing data through coursework, research or personal projects.

An interest in data engineering, analytics, AI or machine learning.

LOCATION

Remote Working combined with contact and training days at our Shalford office, GU4 8EP.

DURATION

Permanent - Our scheme is the start of a fulltime role at Ceox.

REQUIREMENTS

You will have or be expecting a 1st or 2i degree from a good university in one of the following subject areas: Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, Business or Economics from a top university.
