Job summary

Columbus is offering a 2027 D365 Graduate Programme with an Associate Business Consultant role. You’ll train in Dynamics 365, join a European cohort, and work on real ERP projects while developing consulting skills and client relationships.

Nottingham training month; UK-wide travel thereafter. Expected starting late August/early September 2027 with a base salary of £29,000 plus benefits, progressing to over £60,000 package after four years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
• Ambitious graduates eager to launch a consulting career.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for min. 12 months and travel within the UK.
• Future travel abroad may be required.

Associate Business Consultant

Location

Must be willing to be Nottingham based for the initial training period 12 months, min. 3 Days Office p/w. Following completion of the 12 Months Initial Training, you can base yourself from anywhere in the UK, with travel to client or company sites as required.

Salary

£29,000 basic salary, plus benefits (rising to a package of more than £60,000 after 4 years)

The role of Associate Business Consultant

Skills

• Give you an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
• Offer you the opportunity to quickly become a respected and credible Business Consultant
• Help you to become an expert in your field of business and a trusted industry advisor to our customers across
• Provide you with a rewarding career pathway at Columbus

You will be based in our consultancy department and will provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation. It is therefore essential that you are commercially focused, a positive self-starter and have strong relationship-building, interpersonal, organisational, and oral/written communication skills.

About You (the Essentials)

• You should have/be expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (or an equivalent level qualification)
• Self starter and able to drive you own learning and development
• Flexibility to help deliver project success
• Looking to develop a consulting career in either Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Trade and Logistics, or Retail, Production and Manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for min. 12 months.
• You should be proactive, confident and commercially astute - looking to grow your network both internally and externally.
• You will need to have the flexibility to travel both within the UK and abroad on occasions.
• Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
