Curtins is an employee-owned engineering consultancy seeking a Graduate Design Engineer. You’ll join a supportive team and work across structures, infrastructure, drainage, highways or sustainable design to discover where your strengths fit best.

You’ll develop by joining Curtins Graduate Academy with a structured development programme, mentoring, and regular technical/professional training. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to varied UK & Ireland projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Interest in sustainable and innovative engineering solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design structures as part of built-environment projects.
• Assist with structural calculations and analysis.
• Develop designs using steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
• Produce technical reports, drawings and specifications.
• Support projects through design development and construction.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Learn how structural decisions impact outcomes.
• Understand project delivery and client requirements.
