Job summary

Curtins is seeking a Graduate Design Engineer to join our employee-owned consultancy. You’ll work on live projects from day one, supporting senior engineers in analysis, drawings and documentation across structures, infrastructure, and sustainable design.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors.
• Support engineering calculations, technical analysis and design development.
• Assist with preparation of drawings, reports and documentation.
• Learn how designs progress from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Gain exposure to client meetings, project management and commercial awareness.
• Understand industry standards, regulations and best practice.
• Participate in STEM activities and Curtins events.
