Michael Page is recruiting for a Graduate Depositary Analyst to join the Depositary team for a specialist investment services firm in London. The role covers depositary oversight, fund operations, regulatory reporting and client-facing activities across private equity, real estate and infrastructure strategies.

You will support delivery of depositary services, assist with quarterly reporting, participate in client meetings and help coordinate onboarding, while developing through hands-on

Qualifications

• 2:1 or first-class degree in Finance, Economics, Maths or similar.
• Internship or work experience in financial services or funds is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fund structures and accounting principles is advantageous.
• Commitment to pursuing IMC or CAIA qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of depositary services across a portfolio of funds.
• Assist with quarterly depositary reporting and client information requests.
• Participate in client meetings and help coordinate onboarding.
• Carry out event reviews including subscriptions, drawdowns, acquisitions, disposals.
• Perform cash flow monitoring, reconciliations and control testing.
• Verify ownership and existence of fund assets and maintain records.
• Monitor fund activity for compliance with governing documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with reporting, regulatory submissions, and ongoing operational activities.
