Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment seeks an analytically strong Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across EMEA. You will prepare reports, dashboards and forecasting models, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Research and Global teams to ensure timely, insightful analysis that drives retailer engagements and planning.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in analytical roles, strong Excel/BI skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in analytical/reporting/BI or graduate with strong internals accepted.
• Experience working with large datasets and meaningful business insights.
• Exposure to business reporting, dashboards or performance analysis in a commercial environment.
• Strong grounding in financial planning, forecasting and performance analytics.
• Experience in digital distribution/home entertainment or global media strategy beneficial but not essential.
• Experience across international territories, especially EMEA, would help.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support Commercial, Finance and BP& Insights across EMEA.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for clear insights.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, opportunities, anomalies and issues.
• Develop reporting solutions to improve visibility of business performance.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely and clearly presented.
• Support forecasting models for New Release and Catalogue planning.
