Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a data-driven Graduate/Analyst to support the EMEA Transactional Business Planning & Insights team. You’ll produce reports, build dashboards, and help forecast catalogue planning across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes analytical capability, data quality, and proactive problem solving, with collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in analytics, reporting, BI or commercial analysis; graduates welcome.
• Experience with large datasets and meaningful business insights.
• Exposure to dashboards or performance analysis in a commercial setting.
• Solid grounding in financial planning, forecasting and performance analytics.
• Experience in digital distribution or global media strategy desirable but not essential.
• Experience across international territories, EMEA exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support Commercial, Finance and Planning teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for clear insights.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reporting solutions to improve visibility of performance.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and retailer meeting materials.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Global teams and present findings clearly.
