Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Transactional Business Planning & Insights Graduate/Analyst to support data-driven decisions across the international home entertainment business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in analytical, reporting or BI roles; graduates welcomed.
• Experience with large datasets to derive insights.
• Experience with dashboards or performance analysis in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and analytics.
• Experience in digital distribution, home entertainment or media strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support Commercial, Finance and Business Planning teams across EMEA.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities.
• Develop reporting solutions to improve visibility and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Research.
