Job summary

Sony Pictures is seeking a Graduate Analyst in EMEA Transactional Business Planning & Insights to support data-driven decision-making across the Home Entertainment business. You will prepare reports, dashboards and forecasting models, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Global teams to ensure timely, accurate insights.

The role emphasizes analytical capability, technical skills and proactive problem-solving, with opportunities to automate processes and uncover commercial insights.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in analytical, reporting, BI or commercial analysis role.
• Experience working with large datasets and producing meaningful business insights.
• Exposure to business reporting, dashboards or performance analysis in a commercial environment.
• Solid grounding in financial planning, forecasting and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports supporting Commercial, Finance and BP&I teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, anomalies and issues.
• Develop reporting solutions to improve visibility of business performance.
• Assist in forecasting models for New Release and Catalogue planning.
• Support analysis for retailer meetings and commercial reviews.
