Job summary

THG in Manchester invites graduates to join as a Graduate Data & Insight Analyst. You will support consumer and market insight across THG's Beauty and Nutrition divisions and learn research methodology while building your analytical skills.

Work with the Insight Manager and Insight Lead to inform senior decisions; you will help with primary/secondary research, brand tracking, NPS and consumer panels, and prepare reports and briefing documents.

Qualifications

• Graduate with keen interest in research and analytics.
• Strong numeracy and ability to interpret data clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of primary and secondary research projects, including data collection and reporting.
• Maintain and update brand tracking, NPS and consumer panel datasets.
• Research competitors, market trends and consumer behaviour; collate and summarise findings.
• Prepare slides, reports and briefing documents to support Insight outputs.
• Analyse survey data and quantitative research outputs, producing clear insights.
