Job summary

THG is seeking a Graduate Data & Insight Analyst to support delivery of consumer and market insight across THG’s Beauty and Nutrition divisions. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in research methodology while working with the Insight Manager and Insight Lead to develop analytics skills.

You will learn to maintain brand tracking, perform desk research, and contribute to insights that influence senior decision-making within THG’s Central Functions.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent with a degree in market research, social science, business, psychology, data science or similar.
• Genuine curiosity about consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to work with data and draw conclusions.
• Excellent written communication to summarise findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of primary and secondary research projects — data collection, coding, analysis and report preparation.
• Analyse survey data and quantitative research outputs — producing clear summaries and basic visualisations.
• Contribute to team projects, meet deadlines and learn from senior insights leads.
